Carey Gully Sandstone has been utilised in many early learning centres, and pre/primary schools over the last year. Our natural boulders, flagstones and wallers are used to create climbing frames, retaining walls, creek beds and sand pits.
The Nature Play concept is trying to capture the imagination of young Australians, helping them to become more aware of the environment and beautiful natural surroundings we, as Australians are blindly driving past every day.
At Carey Gully Sandstone we are lucky to be situated in the majestic Adelaide Hills, enjoying nature every day. We have always believed that working in a quarry would be every little boy’s dream job. Where else do you get to play in the mud and dirt all day, with big machinery building roads, mountains and streams?
We can supply many different types of natural play equipment please see below for examples
