John from John Rogers Earthmoving has provided us with some new pictures of a recent project, where he used our Hand Selected Bobcat Wallers to sure up a creek bank right next to a small studio. Below that he has created a small waterfall in the creek flow using the same stone.

The Basket Range Sandstone Uraidla Show

Come by and see our Basket Range and Carey Gully Sandstone display, featuring a monolithic stone table to be left as a permanent fixture for the community, dispalys of our stone, and one of our big machines to have a look at.
It will be a great day for the whole family with lots to see and do.

Carey Gully Sandstone is proud to display our first Monolithic Outdoor Setting. Over the last couple of weeks we have been toying with the idea of an outdoor setting, and have finally perfected the design. Please have a look at the photos below and let us know what you think.
Because each hand selected and crafted table will be completely different from the next, we recommend having a look before purchasing. We should have one in stock at most times, although please ring to confirm.

Just wanted to update you on what has been happening at Carey Gully Sandstone. As you can see from the photos (thanks to google for turning them into a panorama) we have been cleaning and sorting out the quarry ready for spring. We now have a good amount of Random Wallers, Bobcat Wallers and even cut stone to have a look at.
Come in and have a look during our new and improved opening hours Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm and Friday 8am-3pm.

Carey Gully Sandstone has finalised maintenance on the crusher and we have now started producing 20mm rubble. Our rubble is great for road base and can be easily compacted to 95%.
The maintenance on the crushing plant has been completed and we are now able to produce 20mm and 40mm rubble. Both sizes are great for compacting into roadbase.

Basket Range Sandstone has started a trial, cutting sawn block from Carey Gully Sandstone. The initial findings are good (1 project using this product is currently underway) please keep your eyes peeled for more updates.
